For our Design and Structural Engineering department within Business Area Wind, we are looking for a Structural Engineer.

The Civil and Structural area is the competence center for all civil and structural related aspects of the foundations for the offshore windfarm. We hold the technical competences to perform detailed design and CID management within the department. We build on continuous improvement and the entrepreneurial mind-set in order to set the standard for future wind foundations.
As our new Structural Engineer you will become a key member of our department Design and Structural Engineering. Your main responsibility will be focused around design of primary steel for monopile foundations for specific projects. In addition you will also be engaged in development of the in-house design tools and methodologies.
Main responsibilities include:
• Delivery of foundation primary steel design under CID package
• Assure integration of Quality assurance in calculations and reports
• Take part in design optimizations and tool development
• Secure that interfaces within the foundation package are handled
• Engage in the development of the optimized future foundation structure

• B.Sc or M.Sc degree in civil or mechanical engineering or equivalent
• 0-2 years of experience within steel design
• Experience with norms and codes such as e.g. DNV, ISO, API and EC, Norsok
• You are fluent in English, both in speech and writing
• Experience with monopile design is not a prerequisite.
